What happens when patient discharged from the hospital?

Once the patient discharged from the hospital then he needs to the strict fellowship in one or two days. A patient has to take the appointments before they leave the hospital.

In the first month of the transplantation, a patient has to visit them twice in a week to transplant clinic and need to take the appointment for that.

The appointments are so important because there are more chances of failure and rejection during the first month.

The team consistently check-up the patient and monitor the progress of the patient. The nursing staff is responsible for the teaching and imparting the information about the proper care.
